1. 会员注册 | Membership Registration
• 每个手机号仅限注册一个会员账户。
• 会员资格永久有效，不可转让。
• 注册即表示同意本条款与条件。
• Each mobile number may register only one account.
• Membership is lifetime valid and non-transferable.
• Registration constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
2. 积分制度 | Points System
• 消费 RM1 = 1 积分。
• 积分以扣除折扣/兑换后的净额计算。
• 积分不可合并或转让。
• 积分有效期为 12 个月。
• RM1 spent = 1 point.
• Points are calculated based on net amount after discounts/redemptions.
• Points are non-transferable and cannot be combined.
• Points are valid for 12 months only.
3. 奖励兑换 | Redemption
• 288 分 = 可选任何一份手工水饺 (价值RM16.90)
• 388 分 = 可选任何一份经典锅贴或汤面 (价值RM19.90)
• 588 分 = 可选任何一份食品 (价值RM25.90)
• 仅限门店兑换，不适用于外卖平台。
• 288 points = Redeem for any one Handmade Dumpling (worth RM16.90)
• 388 points = Redeem for any one Pan-Fried Dumpling or Soup Noodle (worth RM19.90)
• 588 points = Redeem for any one Food Item (worth RM25.90)
• Redemption only valid in outlets; not available on delivery platforms.
4. 生日礼遇 | Birthday Reward
• 生日餐券将在生日当天前 3 天自动发放。
• 有效期以系统显示为准。
• 权限堂食兑换。
• A Birthday Voucher will be issued 3 days before the registered birthday.
• Validity is based on system records.
• Redeem for dine-in only.
5. 账户安全 | Account Security
• 会员需设定并妥善保管密码。
• 如因遗失或外泄密码导致积分被盗用，Eat Rewards 概不负责。
• Members must set and safeguard their passwords.
• Eat Rewards shall not be liable for any losses due to unauthorised use of accounts.
6. 数据保护 | Data Protection
• 所有会员资料仅用于会员计划管理，遵守马来西亚 PDPA 个人数据保护法。
• Member data will be used solely for program administration and protected under Malaysia’s PDPA.
7. 修改与终止 | Amendments & Termination
• Eat Rewards 有权随时修改、暂停或终止本计划，无需另行通知。
• 奖励内容、积分价值可能不定期调整。
• Eat Rewards reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the program without prior notice.
• Rewards, benefits, and point values may change from time to time.
8. 责任限制 | Limitation of Liability
• 系统错误、延迟、未能识别会员资格或不可抗力因素造成的损失，Eat Rewards 不承担赔偿责任。
• Eat Rewards is not liable for losses arising from system errors, delays, unrecognised membership, or force majeure.

您可以在任何满足门店扫描二维码，或在收银台注册。
会员注册完全 免费，而且 永久有效。
How to join? Any fees? Validity?
You can register at any Manjoe outlet by scanning the QR code at the cashier or table.
Membership is completely free and lifetime valid.
2. 成为会员的好处？
• 注册后立即获得价值 RM14.90 的经典锅贴餐券（隔天即可使用）。
• 每年生日可获得一张价值 RM25.90 的生日餐券。
• 消费即可累积积分，积分可兑换美食。

What are the benefits of membership?
• Receive a complimentary Pan-Fried Dumpling Voucher worth RM14.90 upon successful
registration (usable the next day).
• Enjoy a Food Voucher worth RM25.90 every year on your birthday.
• Earn reward points with every spend and redeem them for a food item.
• Get first-hand updates on promotions and offers.
3. 如何累积积分？
• 每消费 RM1 = 1 积分。
• 付款时须出示注册电话、会员编号或二维码。
How do I earn points?
• Every RM1 spent = 1 point.
• Show your registered phone number, member ID, or QR code during payment.
4. 如何兑换积分？
• 288 分 = 可选任何一份手工水饺 (价值RM16.90)
• 388 分 = 可选任何一份经典锅贴或汤面 (价值RM19.90)
• 588 分 = 可选任何一份食品 (价值RM25.90)
仅限门店兑换，不适用于 GrabFood、Foodpanda、ShopeeFood 等外卖平台。

5. 积分有效期多久？
积分有效期为 12 个月，逾期自动失效。
How long are points valid?
Points are valid for 12 months. Expired points will not be reinstated.
6. 忘记密码怎么办？
请通过会员登录页面重设密码，系统会发送 TAC 验证码至注册手机号。
What if I forgot my password?
Reset it via the member login page. A TAC verification code will be sent to your registered mobile number.
